Ed with North Bay Development was the general contractor for our first brick & mortar restaurant in Irvine, CA. I have nothing but praise for the quality of work that was completed and the professional manner in which it was done. He assisted us at every level with each of the different departments and permitting along with being present and available any time we had questions. He is knowledgeable, experienced and responsive. We will continue to work with Ed and North Bay in the future and highly recommend their services.
