I have worked with and known Ed at North Bay Development, Inc., since he built our three stores in the Las Vegas area the most recent of which was the Durango store in late 2016. In addition, Ed has built 9 additional stores throughout California from Pacific Beach (San Diego area) to Burlingame (Bay Area), Burlingame was completed in January 2015. Ed has also constructed a tilt-up warehouse, Empire-Mesa, in the Henderson NV area that was completed in December of 2017, and has provided tenant improvement consultation assistance on several buildings I own in Southern California and Nevada.
During each project, Ed has always been professional, efficient and timely in providing construction services from architectural plans and building permit submittals, on-site hands-on supervision of the site all the way through to certificate of occupancy of each store in each municipality. Warranty services, although rarely necessary, have been provided timely as well.
